I have been using a Braun shaver for over 27 years. I have tried other electric shavers as well as blades and Braun gives me the cleanest, smoothest and easiest shave - yet. This new shaving head doesn't cut my beard well. Instead, it pulls at your hair, causing sharp pain stings like a needle piercing your face over and over again. Unacceptable. I understand that I may have received a bad one, but this could also be a sign of a drop in quality from Braun. At this price I'm not sure I'm willing to take the risk. I didn't like shaving with a blade, but maybe it's time to try a dollar razor club or something. However, this saddens me as I have advertised Braun products to many people for many years. But who wants a painful shave every morning?
