I have been using a Braun shaver for over 27 years. I have tried other electric shavers as well as blades and Braun gives me the cleanest, smoothest and easiest shave - yet. This new shaving head doesn't cut my beard well. Instead, it pulls at your hair, causing sharp pain stings like a needle piercing your face over and over again. Unacceptable. I bought a Braun 790cc a few years ago. I couldn't be happier. The shaving head lasted maybe 9 or 10 months before I had to replace it and I was fine with that. Replacement heads range from $35 to $45. Not too reasonable a cost but now they only last about 4 months.
