Not as good as original or older replacement foils. Twice as long to shave Worse than before

I bought a Braun 790cc shaver in March 2010. I previously had a 3 series shaver. The 3 series shaver was good and the 7 series shaver is even better, albeit noisy. Since 2010 I have changed the shaving head every 18-24 months without any problems. I was very happy with the quality of the shave I received. It's never been as close as a standard razor, but I can't use a standard razor or I get bumps from the razor. Even when I replaced the shaving head after 18 months or more, I still had a pretty good shave. My last shaving head broke on one side after about 2 years (the plastic leg in the mechanism) so I had to order a new one in May 2016 and have been using it ever since. First, this razor head doesn't shave as well as the 20-24 month old head it replaced. It leaves visible stubble all over the face. It helps me look handsome for work, but that's all for now. As others have said, it now looks a little different and has a different hole pattern and hole shape than the shaving head it replaced. I've tried to get used to it. To get close enough, I have to rub harder. Now it takes twice as long to shave and it's harder to shave. Also, this Braun Series 7 electric shaver has always been loud, but with the new shaving head it's even louder. Disturbingly loud. And now, after only about 4 months, it's even worse, like it's already wearing out. FYI I don't need to "get used to" using an electric razor, I've been using it for over 6 years and this shaving head for 4 months. I have a problem now. What should i do next? Before changing the shaving head, I was completely satisfied with my Braun Series 7 shaver. These razors are expensive. As the problem seems to be in the head I doubt that buying another Braun shaver will solve the problem even if it is a newer model as the rest of my 7 series shaver still works perfectly except for cosmetics (cleaning solution in which eventually the surface corrodes). around the head). If I could get an earlier version of the shaving head that would be great but I couldn't find one and I don't think you would be able to tell before ordering. I think I could keep buying this poor quality shaving head to make ends meet, but now it's getting expensive to change this thing every 3-4 months. The reason I switched to an electric razor in the first place is because when I shave with a regular razor and shaving foam I get razor bumps. I recently tried going back to a standard shaver and got the same results. I'd appreciate anyone experiencing the same issue using a Braun Series 7 replacement shaving head in favor of an alternative electric shaver, or have any other suggestions.
