The picture inserted here will say more than I can write here. I've been using this product since 2011 with virtually no problems. Other than the proper cleaning and replacing the spare head I really don't have to do anything and it works like a champ. This replacement didn't even last 6 months. Look how badly it's broken and the holes are so big and it cut my beard and my face. It was early morning when I went to the office. I saw a lot of cuts on my face because of this. I had to buy another one less than 6 months later. I'm not looking forward to German technology like I used to.
