I bought this tripod for a month long cross country trip. The very first photo of our trip I set up on my phone to take a selfie with my family in front of Graceland. It has done the unthinkable. It tipped over under the weight of my iPhone and fell, throwing my phone into the concrete with it! Luckily the case saved my phone. But the tripod was dead and could not be used for the rest of the trip. I bought it to use with both my phone and DSLR camera. I'm so glad I didn't have my camera on a tripod when this happened! It would definitely break my camera. When I got home, the back window was closed. So I'm stuck with that. A complete waste of money. Too bad I didn't listen to the negative reviews.
