This indicator works well. The only problem I had was how the dial is numbered. Technically, this means each increment is 0.0005 inches, but that detail is easy to miss. Each revolution, marked 50 on the front, is 0.025 inches (50.0005 inch increments). Fortunately, when I set my Z height to 0 and my Z to +2.2 on the first spin, I noticed this before my tool went .100" too far into the part. Aside from that small issue, it's a really handy tool.
