It was very difficult to find a cable/adapter for my old Windows 7 desktop, I wanted to connect it to my TV to send lectures. I teach in high school and it works great. The only downside is that it lags when playing videos. However, I only use it to mirror my power point so everything works fine. I'm so glad the search is over. By the way, I started with a USB to HDMI adapter. I had to send all three back. All of this is out of order. It worked right away.
