About 7 months ago I bought 3 packs of these charging cables. Until recently I would have given them 5 stars consistently. In the past few weeks they have started not charging my iPhones unless I'm giggling at the connection. In that short time they steadily worsened. Literally tonight the metal tongue cracked/broke off. Possibly due to the fact that I've been moving it around every time I've plugged it in to find a middle ground for charging. I don't expect chargers to last forever, but 7 months seems like a short lifespan. The cords themselves hold up well. They don't fray at the base of the connection like standard iPhone cables usually do because they flex. Luckily they are not very expensive. Looks like I'll have to replace at least 2 of the 3.
