Is my ATUMTEK Selfie Stick broken? The phone shakes/rocks back and forth on the cradle when the cradle is extended and the phone is perpendicular to the cradle (ie facing down towards me). I have to slowly rotate my wrist to tilt the phone sideways to fix the camera. This is very annoying. I had hardly used the joystick - certainly less than 10 times - when this defect appeared. The Bluetooth remote control works perfectly; the clip holds the phone in place (although I'm concerned that the hard spring mechanism will fail over time); the rod is easy to extend; A tripod is fine as long as the handle doesn't extend to weigh down the top of the product. But for rocking, it's a good selfie stick. However, there is enough variation, so I advise you to consider another brand.
