✨🤯✨😴💤😌😌😌 It's accepted by everyone now that I know will greatly improve sleep quality. And now we do too‼️🤓It doesn't cause drowsiness, so I take one dose in the morning and one in the evening or just before bed, whichever is more convenient. My sleep is strong and deeper than ever. Some sleeping pills or melatonin with magnesium make me sleepy in the morning or so dead at night I can't wake up to a fire alarm. With this I wake up rested in the morning and feel great 🤩❣️‼️❣️🤩 The jury is on TASTE. It's not really tasty, and when mixed with distilled water, it's not too strong for me. Some of our family members find it a bit salty, others say it's a bit sweet, I think it REALLY tastes like flat water, a close friend hates it and can't explain why, my husband says it's just , and a another close friend says it's like you put some baking soda in his water. Anyway, it's very easy to flavor if you're trying to hide it, but maybe I feel that way because my body needs it and I don't mind a flat taste? It's amazing that everyone we're exposed to says they no longer need to take sleeping pills or bedtime: magnesium, melatonin, or their Rx like Ambien to sleep more. 🤯🥰🥳 How could we not know this amino acid before? !?!?!?
