Review on SPAREHAND Freestanding Dual Storage Rack For 2 Kayaks Or SUPs, Tools-Free Assembly, Pebble Silver Finish TF-104, Black by Frank Mayes

Best rack to date for my opinion

I previously owned a Talic freestanding rack that served its purpose for many years until it recently collapsed. I just assembled this Sparehand rack and I love it so far. Easy assembly with no tools required. Only took 15 minutes and I’m slow at these sorts of things. It is surprisingly sturdy and made out of very rigid metal with a good support structure. Very compact when compared to my Talic. I just opened up an extra two feet of walkway space in my garage because of that. It fits my 34” canoes, offering adequate support for the hulls. Yes, it would have been nice to have a wider cradle like the Talic so as to avoid pressure points on the hull. Finally, those of you who have researched freestanding racks on the web have probably discovered that the pickings are slim and the prices are exorbitant. This rack is an absolute bargain and serves its purpose extremely well.

Pros
  • Unisex-Adult
Cons
  • The weight capacity is limited and may not hold heavier kayaks or SUPs
