Last update on 12/19/2017: Received a replacement seat light assembly today and it works fine. Will test it on a bike to see how reliable it is. Reliability has been a big issue so far, although customer service has been pretty good. Will update this update in a month or two. Note: This review will (soon) be replaced by a less positive one. Once a new rating replaces it, the star rating drops significantly due to reliability issues. Please hold the line! I feel like a winner! After a rather difficult hardware change caused by an undersized mounting clip that came with the saddle that didn't fit my hybrid bike seatpost (and no new seatpost), I had to use the hardware from my previous saddle, but that's it ok so as long as comfort and durability are confirmed over time. So far I've only taken the bike for short rotations with the new seat and think I'll love this seat for my daily ten-mile cross-country cycles. The design has the features I was looking for - shorter seat length, sensible design. for a man and a soft, comfortable pillow that won't keep me pedaling every minute or two. Loved the built in taillights and the seat cover are nice touches for protection. Update 09/03/2017: Removed the previous update and changed the rating to five stars because although the headlights became unreliable, the supplier handled the situation with a great customer. Service. They could only send a broken headlight assembly but instead they sent me the whole seat with headlight assembly and an extra battery and a decent wrench to work with the bike stem clamp mounting hardware and they didn't require me to return the old one. . Very satisfied! Update 06/10/2017: The seat is holding up very well, as are the headlights. I have stopped using padded shorts as they are no longer needed for my eight mile bike rides because I am not uncomfortable with this seat. I still give this product five stars and recommend it for comfort bikes like mine.
