As many of us work from home, I have found that I need lumbar support while sleeping as I get up quite often at night due to back aches and pains. I saw that this product is very unique compared to other pillows so I decided to give it a try. There is definitely some lower back support initially, but after a few hours of sleep I want to adjust or change my position. What's happened is that I'm still up all night. It's worth noting that the round support pillow in the middle isn't actually a pillow, it's more like a small beanbag. It fits your back snugly, but I like the pillow's support on the sides of the back more than the lower back itself.
