The system is easy to use and has all the features I need for my business. It's very user friendly. There are no complicated steps or too many things that can go wrong when using the software. The support team is always willing to help you with any issues that arise. Nothing so far. The customer service is great! They are always available via email to answer questions. I have not found anything that I dislike about their product. If you are looking for a simple solution to manage your recruiting processes, this is it. I am able to handle everything in one place. I also don't have to worry about sending out emails to multiple people. I'm able to keep track of all of my applicants with ease and they are able to get interviews set up quickly.
