I got this to share a keyboard and mouse between two computers, a Windows 10 desktop and a MacBook Pro (which also has a dual monitor setup used) to share. It works perfectly. Clicking the button will switch between two computers in about 1 second. I had no trouble constantly switching between them. The device comes with two USB cables that connect to your two computers. A power cord is not included, but is not required for keyboard and mouse setup. There are many such devices. I chose this one because it looked the most understated, with no additional stickers or labels. Only thing I wish the block was a little heavier to hold it in place. But no big deal, I'm very happy with it.
