I had/am recovering from lung cancer. They removed 2/3 of my right lung and this is my third piece of excersize equipment that I have bought. also the only one I've been able to use without being completely out of breath. I'm able to "step walk" on it and the tall handle give me the security of stability.Its perfect for me and I highly recommend it for others who are going through the same situation as me.👍👍
