IFC believes in the private sector's marvelous strength, that's why it invests, open markets and helps people who are new to the business world to over come the usual struggles. IFC targets developing countries with their services. With their investments they start new markets, create opportunities for native people to get jobs and encourage citizens to invest their money and resources. Which eventually results in decreasing poverty, growth of the private national sector, increasing the level of development and giving better standards for the people to live with. Which will lead for a bright business future where other investors will choose these developing countries to settle in. IFC is a great chance to serve such poor countries. So, ICF grew to over 100 countries pioneering new markets like sustainable bonds.
