It arrived vacuum packed in a tote bag. I love that it comes with its own carrying case making it great for travel or storage when not in use. The auction cups fit snugly in the tub with minimal fuss and even have a hook. The pillow is very soft but supportive and comfortable. I've had inflatable bath pillows but they don't compare to this one. The instructions say to clean after every use, but unless you're very dirty or you use bath bombs, oatmeal, or some other similar product, I think washing after every other use is fine. It's easy to clean. I just wash it off, rub in some castile soap, rinse and let it air dry.
