I have mango mist, pineapple squirt and watermelon breeze. I needed a protein blend that would work with water for a lighter drink, while still being made from whey protein β and hell no more chocolate and dessert flavors. This is a great option. I use a scoop and a half to get 30 grams per 8 ounces of water. Flavor is full (pineapple is quite sweet, maybe use a little more water if making extra powder), mango is a little more subtle, watermelon is like drinking a jolly rancher. Best results for me: use cold water, shake, shake, shake then tear, photos showing clumps, and the like prevented the drink from being steeped for just a short time. It's not lumpy. They still have some sweetness in them, so keep that in mind.
