Contact the manufacturer to update the time; FAIL

Loved the style and sleek look of this product. What really intrigued me is that there is a clock on top of the scanner. This is also his biggest fall. The instructions state that you need to contact the manufacturer at the time of updating the plugin. This turned out to be impossible. I think I'll be returning this product just for that simple fact. Can't update the time and can't contact anyone to fix it.
