The cable is nice and thick (as it should be) and everything seems fine, but when I tried to connect something I had trouble with it. Upon closer inspection I noticed that the pins in the sockets were misaligned and jammed and partially blocked the connector from the side of the connector I was trying to insert. I unplugged the power strip, found a small screwdriver, and bent aside the interfering pins to allow the plugs to fit into the outlet. Everything is fine now and I'm glad I don't have to keep plugging and unplugging. cable on this track. UPDATE: Without prompting, the seller contacted me and offered to send me a replacement extension cord. I took advantage of their offer and quickly received a new item. In fact, this one is perfect. The contacts are perfectly aligned and hold the inserted pins securely. The seller's exceptional customer service and perfect replacement item earned him a 5 star rating instead of the 3 star rating I previously gave him. In my opinion, this is what separates great sellers from the rest. There are too many vendors on Revain to let you down. Filltech is not one of them. Well done Filtech!
