I'm leaving a review because I know I always check online reviews before I buy, especially when there are very few reviews. As a student, I liked that this laptop stand is affordable compared to other laptop stands. I used to have an Amazon height adjustable laptop stand, but the metal part that kept the laptop from sliding forward was right up against my wrists and after a few hours my wrist started to hurt. This prompted me to look for a new laptop stand and came across this model in an Instagram ad. With this laptop stand, it has no metal to hurt my wrist and it is durable. I was initially skeptical that the laptop's weight would cause the back to slide constantly, but that wasn't the case here. What I particularly like about this laptop stand is its slim design and it complements the laptop itself so you don't have to carry around bulky laptop stands when you travel. It lifts fairly easily and isn't thick enough to make your laptop shake when you're not using the stand. For reference, I'm using a 13" Mac Book Pro. I did some research beforehand and found that this model is more compatible with laptops that have vents either on the side or at the top of the bottom of the laptop. I think this company has a generic version of this laptop stand with more vents compatible with laptops with vents right at the bottom of the laptop towards the center.Just check where the vents are on your computer and decide which model.Based on my experience would I will buy again for others as a gift and buy other products from this company. :)
