I have not regretted the purchase, everything is fine.

It allows you to take unique pictures in any weather, in the water and on the beach. The photo quality is just superb.
For example, I post photos in micro and macro modes, panoramic, birthday (indoors), etc. Judge for yourself)

Before that, I used TG-830 for 2 years.Compared to this, the TG-2 wins in terms of speed, flash output, micro mode and no jamming. If micro mode isn't your thing, then the TG-830 will suffice.

Pros

Universal, stylish, GPS, stabilizer, excellent photos in macro and micro modes. The last one is especially exciting. Great panoramic shots. Works great in Auto mode. Ability to install filters (important for underwater photography)

Cons

Lens cap missing. I understand that there is a protective glass. But it constantly gets dirty, you have to wipe it before shooting. It is possible that the sand will scratch. I couldn’t find a suitable cover (((so ours is in a bag. The micro mode is quite slow, but you can get used to it. The zoom is weak, only 4x. Photographing birds in the trees is not possible. Zoom is missing. At a depth below 12 meters it slows down, at 15 meters it looks like a wet spot appears on the screen from the inside. It looks scary, but disappears at a shallow depth. High price. But despite this, I bought it, and so far I have never regretted it.
