Simple solution for renters
One of my closet latches broke a few months ago. Looks shabby with a closet door that doesn't close all the way. And I live in an apartment. Who is really calling the landlord about this? Stay off the radar so they have no reason to raise your rent. amirite? Very easy installation. Be sure to drill some small pilot holes (from what I've heard from other reviews, screws break easily) and carefully screw it in by hand. Traction is not very strong, but holds perfectly. All in all easy to fix. It took me maybe 10 minutes to install one, from start to finish.
