Not as good as it seems.
Poorly implemented great design idea. First off, the mounting hardware that comes with this kit is very cheap and will not support the weight of the lights. If you want to do it right, you'll need to get your own mounting hardware. Second, it has no backlight. This isn't usually a problem, but the glass jar and fixture aren't efficient so you can't find many suitable lighting options. Therefore, take a close look at the lamps you use. Also, the cord is a bit flimsy when hanging - it doesn't look as smooth as the photos.
