Review on Fanwer by David West

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Fanwer is the place where customer service is put to rest.

Fanwer is the place to go to if what you're looking for is an online retailer that specializes in providing horrendous service to its customers and providing no communication at all. When I purchased a wheelchair from them, however, it felt like my money was being sucked into a bottomless pit. The last communication I got from them was an email confirming my purchase, and it was the only one I got. There are no shipping updates, there is no tracking number, and there is no dispatch date. I was kept in the dark about the status of my order, leaving me to ponder if it had been misplaced or taken by a gang of dishonest delivery drivers. When the delivery did arrive, it was in such bad shape that it could not be fixed. The box and the wheelchair both appeared to have suffered significant damage; in fact, the wheelchair appeared to have been driven over by a semi-truck. It was as if someone had been passing it around like a hot potato before eventually depositing it on my doorstep. I attempted to get assistance from Fanwer's customer service staff, but it was as if I were talking to a brick wall the whole time. They did not respond to my phone conversations or emails, leaving me with the impression that I was being ignored. In a nutshell, Fanwer is the place to go to if you are interested in squandering both your time and your money on an online store that does not value the satisfaction of its clientele. But you should seek elsewhere if what you really want is to have your order delivered and a pleasant shopping experience overall.

Pros
