I bought this knife because I was tired of having to sharpen the knives frequently to keep the cutting edge working. We also lack a really sharp knife for cutting meat. My first use of this knife was very impressive. Firstly it was very sharp from a beautifully designed box. Be careful when you take it out of the box because it's really spicy and I only allow myself to use it! As soon as I started slicing a large hunk of Costco spareribs, I realized how spicy this thing is. It slices through meat effortlessly, with minimal effort! He got the job done without noticing the time, which for a full Costco package is just a few minutes! This made the job very enjoyable and I even started looking for more cutting jobs!
