If you want Ultra HD resolution and professional-looking YouTube videos, this isn't for you. If you're looking for a cheap webcam without the thrills, then this is it. I use it to display a mechanical scale pointer on the screen. That works fine. Focusing is easy, but it involves rotating the ring on the outside of the lens. It is very sensitive to changes in light. So when I walk past the lamp, the screen turns off. And then it gets light again. So when I walk, there's a flickering effect on the screen. Again, this is a cheap camera. So, I don't mind.
