Review on Cookit 15 Piece Knife Set for Kitchen, Stainless Steel Knives with Block and Manual Sharpener - Perfect for Chefs by Dave Skidmore

We love this Cookit knife set. There seem to have been several reports of rust stains if the knives were cleaned well and dried thoroughly shortly after use. We have been careful with their cleaning and therefore have not noticed such a problem with us. At first I was concerned about the tapered design of the handles, thinking that large knives without a "handle" at the end of the handle could easily slip out of our hands. But so far we haven't had such a problem, and it seems we won't. While there may be better knife sets in the "high end" range, we think this is a great set for the price.
