Review on Overmont Casserole Function Griddle Seasoned by Max Stallworth

I bought this mainly to bake bread and it was fantastic. I like that it has a flat top with no handles and that it has handles on the sides. This allows you to use the Dutch Oven upside down. That way I can get it very hot and then put the batter on the lid without it getting burned. Then I put the pot on top as a "lid" to catch the steam for baking the bread. I get nice crispy crusts! I haven't used it for anything else, but I love that I can use it as a standard (right side up) broiler too. a bread cap that I can't use for anything else, for example. One grade - the finish is rough - one grade as smooth as my cast iron skillet. It wasn't a problem, it's just not what I expected.
