If you suffer from acid reflux, this is an unusual but very good way to manage the condition. Anything that contains mint is one of the top disease triggers and any time you can avoid it is helpful. This toothpaste has a chewing gum flavor that I don't like, but after a few days of use I noticed a positive effect on medical problems.
