I was very happy to buy this brush for my daughter who has trouble combing her hair because it hurts her. I tried it on myself first to show her it's different. It was different, but not for the better. While my hair was wet, it would stretch and break if I kept pulling. I comb my hair every day, wet and dry. I've never had a problem with regular brushes. I'm not gentle at all. This brush doesn't fit my daughter and that's a shame.
