I just LOVE this - as much as one can love a vegetable peeler. Sharp, makes peeling potatoes by hand faster than using a rotary peeler - setting up potatoes takes longer than just peeling with this peeler. I'm disabled and have had VERY trouble with manual peelers and don't really like instant mashed potatoes. The rotary peeler helped a lot but it took quite a while and once that was done I had to either cut off the ends or peel them with a manual peeler and there are spots where it's missing. This is honestly the best potato peeler I've ever used.
