BAD PRODUCT / CUSTOMER SUPPORT
I followed the basic instructions, plugged the USB into the phone and base and it just didn't work. I have a Yealink T42S phone and it said it was compatible. I tested a different USB with my computer and it worked. I pressed the headset button on my phone and it still doesn't work. The sad thing is that nobody from the support service will help me. They just don't answer. Revane called and was very helpful, but Yeaklink stinks. I would not buy any more products from them.
