I followed the basic instructions, plugged the USB into the phone and base and it just didn't work. I have a Yealink T42S phone and it said it was compatible. I tested a different USB with my computer and it worked. I pressed the headset button on my phone and it still doesn't work. The sad thing is that nobody from the support service will help me. They just don't answer. Revane called and was very helpful, but Yeaklink stinks. I would not buy any more products from them.

Pleasantly surprised by the quality of Yealink WH65. It has very good sound quality and is comfortable to wear for a short time (about an hour) before the pressure on the ears becomes a bit uncomfortable. They're well built, feel solid, slightly heavier than the Jabra Engage 65 but still comfortable overall with the padding on the top headband.
