My 3 year old loves it!
I'm so glad I got this steering wheel for my 3 year old boy. He loves cars, usually takes anything shaped like a circle and pretends to drive. After a long search and search, I finally found what I was looking for. So far this is his favorite toy. It's not annoying or noisy at all like some of the comments I've read. Perfect. Highly recommended.
