Review on Derby Originals Waterproof Insulation Turquoise by Saul Franco

I purchased this blanket in December 2020 and have used it for less than 3 months. The stitching on the adjustable collar (pictured left) came undone, leaving the D-ring no longer holding the strap in place. Nothing is torn and there are no holes in the blanket so I'm sure my mare didn't get caught on anything. I have contacted the seller but have not received a reply. I'm disappointed they didn't try to get back to me. I registered my warranty with the proof of purchase. What's good about the 2-year warranty I'd like to know? You have to repair it yourself.
