When I first got this adapter I was happy with how easy it was to use and how it worked with all my lenses including Canon and Tamron. Then all of a sudden it started to slip and loosen. I adjusted the frame and it slipped and the connection between the lens and the camera was lost. Apparently, this is a manufacturing defect that only becomes apparent after repeated use. Very frustrating and very disappointing after such a good start. I've spoken to other photographers who have described the same error. I am writing this as a warning to my fellow photographers.
