Holds up great as a screen protector but the paper feels so thick it feels more like writing on rough card stock or heavy paper and that's IF it works Apple Pencil 2 doesn't even register more than half the time and seems to pull something sticky. Nothing like other paper protectors I've used. So even if you want a very thick, paper-like texture, it just won't register your movements. The fingers seemed to work a little better, but there were still hiccups.
