I've had the chair for 7 months now. The simple assembly was typical for an office chair. Seat fabric is very rough and abrasive. Touching bare skin quickly becomes uncomfortable. It's rough enough to feel through skinny pants and will irritate my skin after a few hours. I immediately had problems with coccyx pain. I tried to find a pad for it but couldn't find one that was close to the width of the seat. I've learned to live with it and get out of my chair at shorter intervals. In the last 2 weeks the air tank has stopped working and now the armrests are starting to crack and peel. I plan to move soon and then buy a new chair. Send it to the trash. Don't buy this chair. I never consider any other chair from this brand.
