I'm over 70 and have never installed it and put it on in about 2 hours. I haven't towed anything with it yet. But I have a lot of towing experience and can say this is the real deal. My wife wanted me to pay someone to wear it. Why, I said, will save us over $125 in labor and the instructions seem easy. I did it myself, without outside help. There was no problem using bungee cords to hold one end of the hitch while tightening the bolt on the other. There are also instructional videos that helped as well. The price can only cheer.
