I really like my lightweight Speed Play pedals, but if you run them a lot the surface will wear down over time if you do a lot of gravel riding. After almost 20,000 miles I had to buy a third set of covers but all the local sellers had left so I took a chance when I saw this brand online. Although they looked different, installation only took about a second. They look a bit thicker and have more tread. They wear well and the shape of the hole allows for easier intervention, which can be very important when you start crossing busy intersections where drivers forget you're there and just fly out to turn left.
