The undermount water filter they designed is easy to use and install, but they made a bad decision when they decided the replacement wasn't going to be a filter drum that you just screw in like most replacement filters. Instead you're trying to take apart the original assembly and pop that cartridge in every time you need to change the filter, which for us took three months instead of six. So far it has proved very difficult to disassemble the filter drum without damaging it. You can easily unscrew it from the top, but it requires brute force and the help of an oil strap wrench to unscrew the filter drum and replace the cartridge. I can't stress enough how poorly thought out the replacement process is. I do NOT recommend.
