I RARELY write reviews on the products I order, but I'm writing this because I'm simply impressed by these boots. I purchased these for my 75 year old mother as finding shoes that she can put on/ take off on her own is very difficult to find in her size (12.5). On top of a limited range of mobility, she's a diabetic and in a stage of dementia. To add to this, she's tall and prefers shoes that add very little height. I wanted to find her something with better warmth and traction than the slippers she often wears (even out of the house). I'm pleased to say, she loves these and wears them all the time. This is a huge win due to the amount of shoes I've purchased and returned because they didn't fit or she didn't like them. She genuinely smiled when she tried them on. My dad happily reported that she had them on right away in the morning, so getting them on/off by herself is going well. They are nice looking, keep her feet warm, and seem to make her feel more stable walking. I'll likely be ordering another pair just so she can rotate as she likes.
