Review on KIT4CAT Hydrophobic Litter Sample Collection by Jennifer Pimentel

I always have at least 5 bags on hand because our cat has cystitis and our cat has recurring urinary tract infections. Both cats have large litter boxes and neither will use the box unless they have two bags of this sand in them. This is a very expensive alternative. However, I can't sneak up on her to take a sample, and I don't want the vet sticking a needle in her bladder to take a sample. It stresses her. I've had issues with my last two orders, one of which was the packages being ripped open and spilled into the box which would have essentially rendered the sample unusable. Revain was responsible for packing and shipping the bags, they immediately offered me a refund. My second order, all bags soaked with urine I guess, defective batches of sand. Coastline Global was kind enough to send me a replacement which was much appreciated. I will most likely continue to use this product simply because it is the easiest and least stressful way to collect specimens from cats, however I am deducting a star due to the cost.
