Review on New Door Lock Actuator Avalanche by Corey Vaz

I was investigating an issue where the radio stayed on when the door was opened but the interior light would not come on. I was surprised to find the door opener button was in the lock. I used my factory manual and the internet to figure out how to replace it. It was quite difficult but I got the job done in about two hours. Then I got angry when it didn't work! He seemed out of touch. I removed it and found that I had bent a pin on one of the connectors. COMPLETELY my fault. My 70 year old hands aren't as tender as they used to be! But the second job took less than an hour. It works great and has been working for 3 months now. The cost was about a third of the original factory part, and I've read the dealer charges up to $500 for the labor.
