I've been looking for a cast iron skillet for months after seeing some great recipes online. Others I saw were undersized and didn't seem as reliable. I knew I wanted to try Puricon as soon as I saw it! I'm so glad I chose it! One of the dishes I cooked, I posted pictures, it was chicken with potatoes. This cast iron skillet is roomy and actually seems to retain heat. The build quality seems good and I love that it comes in more than one color! This cast iron skillet is durable and easy to clean. I love all the other dishes I want to cook in it like curries, frittatas and quiches.
