I used this to mount my ceiling fan remote on the wall. I wanted something that didn't look like an ugly magnet stuck to the wall. Luckily, the metal plates are thin and bend easily. I had to bend the rectangular panel to fit the curved back of my remote control. It worked perfectly for me. I used another one on the photo frame so I could cover up my ugly metal circuit breaker but still be able to take it off easily. It worked great again 😬
