I accidentally dropped my last timer in the water and had to buy a new one. I stopped there. It's a bit big for a homemade sous vide. Plus, for some wild reason, it's automatically set to a 1-hour timer. I almost always set this to cook for lunch so my dinner is ready, so it annoys me that I have to reset it every time. It has a built-in fan that pumps water very efficiently. It's so super strong. It comes with a pouch that you can use to store it as well.
