I've been using this watch almost every day and night for 3 months now and it has a few pros and cons. The pros are that it has an excellent sleep tracker that is fairly accurate. It also tracks my steps closely. It is waterproof and spa safe. The band is of good quality and hasn't broken yet and I complain a lot. What needs to be worked on is the capabilities of the applications and the usefulness of the data. It gives you your average heart rate but not periodic (minute, hour) reports. I find accessing modes (run, swim, etc.) difficult. Finally, the automatic turning on of the light when the wrist is moved does not work 95% of the time. Every time I try to find out what time it is by raising my wrist, I have to wave my hand to make it light up. I usually just push a button. The calling functions work fine but may require some work as they don't always work.
